Employer Pledge - Workforce Development Programme

 

The Employer Pledge is part of the Welsh Government’s strategy to enhance skills in the workplace, recognising that a company’s reputation, its competiveness and its future depends upon the quality of its employees.

 

What is the Employer Pledge?

The Employer Pledge is designed specifically to assist your business by helping your workforce improve its core skills. What’s more, the programme is fully funded so there is no cost to you.

 

What are the benefits of the Employer Pledge?

Under the Employer Pledge, your employees will have access to a suite of fully-funded Essential Skills Wales (ESW) qualifications in literacy, language (ESOL) and numeracy. Increased competence in essential skills can lead to:

• Improved quality
• Increased accuracy
• Improved customer relations
• Better team performance
• Increased initiative and innovation

 

How will ADT help you?

Using our experience and expertise we will work with you to develop an Organisation Learning Plan. Working closely with your dedicated ADT contact, your learning plan will be tailored to your organisation’s specific requirements.

 

With ADT, the training sessions are flexible. We will arrange sessions at times convenient to your organisation including evening/night and weekend sessions, either at your premises or at our own training facilities to best suit your needs.
